INAEC is a holder of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. But our passion for safety means we do more than comply with regulatory standards.

Our pilots and mechanics are regularly trained in international training facilities in the United States and Europe, such as Flight Safety International and Bell Academy.
INAEC is the only commercial aviation operator in the Philippines that has successfully achieved its Stage 2 Certification for the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO). IS-BAO is a code of best aviation practices aimed at establishing systems and procedures to ensure professionalism, safety, and excellence among business aircraft operators. An IS-BAO Stage 2 Certification requires meeting recognized standards to prove that safety management activities are appropriately targeted and that safety risks are effectively managed.

INAEC provides an Individual Health Screening Form to all its potential passengers and visitors to evaluate any risks connected with COVID-19 virus.

In times of business unusual, INAEC carried on its business as usual.
The flexibility and agility shown by INAEC has enabled it to continue its operations even at the height of the pandemic.
Even before COVID-19 was recognized as a pandemic, INAEC has instituted initiatives to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in the workplace. During the series of lockdowns brought about by the pandemic, we adopted a shelter-in-place program for operations employees, providing medical-grade PPEs, health screening and automated temperature check, RT-PCR testing for personnel, disinfection of aircraft and facilities, among others. We ensured that 100% of our employees received their vaccinations, and boosters, as soon as they are available.

INAEC’s safety practices have been recognized both within and outside the aviation industry.
In December 2021, INAEC garnered an honorable mention for its COVID-19 response in the 2021 Duty of Care Awards. This honor was given as commendation for INAEC’s COVID-19 measures put in place to protect the health and well-being of its personnel and customers alike.
As the sole domestic provider of air transport services for the oil and gas industry, INAEC has also been a consistent Goal Zero awardee of Shell Philippines Exploration (SPEX) for its zero accidents and incidents record since 2013, when it began providing services to SPEX, until the present.
